Excellent feedback and congratulations on the new Feel the Future fair: over 2800 industry insiders in just three days

88% of the visitors who visited the new Feel the Future innovative digital solutions fair from Thursday 19 October to Saturday 21 October 2017 stated that their expectations were exceeded. Most of the exhibitors also shared in that opinion. In just three days, the fair saw over 2800 visitors who work with digitalization in their private and professional lives.

 

 

Organizers at Celje Fair were pleased with the outcome of the fair, stating that the atmosphere was resoundingly positive throughout the activities. The exhibitors as well as the visitors welcomed their decision to organize a fair in this field. “We believe we have created a solid foundation for the fair to develop further. This experience and talks with people have led us to new ideas on how to improve the fair in the future,” explains Executive Director at Celje Fair, Robert Otorepec. The decision has already been made to organize the fair annually, while the timing will be switched to the workweek, from Wednesday to Friday, due to its business nature.

The first results analysis of the survey that is always carried out among the Celje Fair visitors and organizers show that 88% of the visitors’ expectations were met. This is also reflected in the fair’s general rating: 77% of the surveyed visitors rated the fair on a five-level scale with the highest marks of four or five. Most (34%) of the visitors visited the fair because they were eager to check out the fair exhibitions. The other reasons were gathering useful information, learning about new developments in the field and attending the lectures. Visitors were most interested in topics such as the digital transformation of companies, mobility and smart cities. The majority of the visitors (78%) also stated that they would visit the fair again. The rest said it was too early to definitively say they would.

The exhibitors also expressed their intent to participate in any future fair, as they appreciate the importance of these kinds of presentations. Over 70% have already confirmed their attendance, while the rest needed more time to decide (no one definitively rejected the idea of exhibiting at future fairs). Almost 60% of the surveyed exhibitors stated that the fair met their expectations. Nearly 30% evaluated their presence as very successful, everyone else marked them as successful. Over 37% of the exhibitors confirmed new business deals directly at the fair. The majority had set up meetings with potential new business partners, signed a new contract or acquired new clients.
